So basically this is a story update:
As I was going along with my new prequel to my stories, I realized that there was no conflict within the first couple chapters (I'm currently in chapter 5). So I decided to reread a little bit of what I had already wrote and I found a beautiful piece of information from the first chapter that I knew that I could use. I can't tell you what that conflict was - you'll have to read it when it comes out ;)
However, I believe that even within the first couple chapters, a conflict needs to be added to your story because without out it, I feel like the beginning of the story will very vague and somewhat boring.
I'm still trucking along and have even developed a basic summary of all the chapters that I have left. I did this in order to constantly remind myself where I am going with this story - with the theme and paving the way for the next three stories. If I do it right (haha), it's gonna be an awesome and emotional ride lol. And I just hope that you guys enjoy it.
